AEPA #026.5 Legal Notice
Notice to Vendors: Sealed solicitations will be received by the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) on behalf of its 31 State Member Agencies until 1:30 p.m. ET, February 12, 2026.

All responses shall be submitted online via Euna Procurement by the due date and time listed above. Vendors are requested to visit AEPA’s website at https://aepacoop.org/registration-solicitations/ for instructions on how to register at no cost with Euna Procurement. AEPA documents will be released on January 7, 2026. Note that Vendors must be able to provide their proposed products and services in up to 31 states.

The AEA Food Request for Proposal (RFP) 011426 seeks proposals to provide commercial food products, supplies and related services from Prime Vendor(s) for use in the Participating Members’ meal programs. Iowa has been divided into two Service Zones. Enrollment numbers will vary in each such Service Zone. Bidders may submit proposals providing prices for Market Basket items in either or both Service Zones. Further details about the Service Zones and the Market Basket are described in the RFP.
